One of the two, large bunk rooms can also double as a theater/den with its 44 inch flat screen television and play station that will keep the kids happy. The other three bedrooms have king beds. The lofty, open plan main living area with another large screen TV, make up the entire second floor. The second floor also boasts a convenient second entrance with exterior staircase that leads directly down from the deck to the beach boardwalk that leads directly to the beach. The custom kitchen is a cook’s dream that includes a professional wolf range, separate ice maker and even a wall mounted “pot filler”. The entire third floor contains a luxury master suite, complete with a private balcony, dressing room and enormous bathroom with “rain” shower and jetted tub.
The detached carriage house, which rents separately from the main house, has a full kitchen, cozy sitting area with large plasma TV and separate bedroom with a king bed and another TV. There are two twin beds in an upper open loft. There is a wrap around porch with a view down the street to the gulf. It is perfect for couples or small families.
