Being on the top floor, our unit has vaulted ceilings which gives it a spaciousness that is not available in single story units. For your enjoyment we are constantly upgrading. Both bathrooms have newly tiled walk-in showers. Both bedrooms have new furniture and we have upgraded the master loft bedroom to a cal king bed and the “Ground floor” bedroom to a queen size. There is also a queen size sofa bed in the living area.
We are about 30 minutes from Kahului airport, mostly on a new 4 lane highway. South Kihei is centrally located, so access to the rest of the island is easy and relaxing.
Our condo in South Kihei and borders Wailea. It is just across the street from Kamaole Beach #3~~which offers great snorkeling, boogie boarding, and magnificent sunsets! Our condo looks out onto lush garden areas and is about 100 feet from the pool….but just around the corner and far enough away so that the “Pool merriment” is not intrusive. And that is important in case you want to doze a bit while reading on the lanai!!!
Included in the main pool area is a kiddie pool, two hot tubs (one each for adults and children), a ping pong table, and a work out room with weights, treadmills etc. There is tour and excursion information available poolside and main lobby daily. Four tennis courts are for your use, free of charge.
We have a dedicated parking place right outside the building and near the elevator. There is wonderful shopping and eateries within walking distance, and several championship golf course just minutes away.

This South Kona Vacation Rental on the Big Island of Hawai’i has 180 degree coastline sunset view! Located on a 250 foot bluff overlooking Kaohe bay this home has unabstructed coastline views. Our home, Moloa’a Kai is situated on a fabulous white sandy beach in the middle of a secluded bay. The bay is quiet and not frequented by tourists – you will truly feel like you have escaped to an island paradise! This beautiful home was built with wood imported from the Philippines.
This home has a master bedroom on the top floor plus an open loft area complete with a separate bathroom and sleeping area for an additional 3-4 people. The kitchen and living room are on the 3rd floor. There is excellent swimming, diving, snorkeling, and surfing only steps away. Hawaiian monk seals, whales and dolphins are frequently sighted from the balcony.
The towns of Princeville, Kilauea and Kapaa are all about a 10-15 minute drive away.

One has a bedroom with a king size bed and separate bath while the living/dining area and second bathroom are located in the other room. The living room can serve as a second bedroom at night. The condo is cooled by fans and the cool ocean breezes.
The two adjoining rooms have an outstanding view of Hanalei Valley. Access to an excellent beach is via a ten minute walk or free golf cart shuttle. A beautifully landscaped waterfall, Jacuzzi, swimming pool, and tennis courts are reserved for guests. It was constructed with hardwood and marble imported from the Philippines. The home has a large covered lanai that looks directly onto the beach.
