The entire third floor contains a luxury master suite, complete with a private balcony, dressing room and enormous bathroom with “rain” shower and jetted tub.
The detached carriage house, which rents separately from the main house, has a full kitchen, cozy sitting area with large plasma TV and separate bedroom with a king bed and another TV. There are two twin beds in an upper open loft. There is a wrap around porch with a view down the street to the gulf. It is perfect for couples or small families.
