This is my friend Chris’ unit. It is available for immediate rental. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, but nor parking. Amble street parking in the surrounding area or at Four Paddle condominium for about $75-100/month. The rent includes cable tv, electricity, two window a/c. The unit is very nice, clean, bright and a lot of closet and storage space!
The amenities include swimming pool, community laundry, trash chute on each each floor, and resident manager. It is a really great building with a lot of friendly residents. Contact me if you have additional questions.
Current rental rates in the building goes from $1,000 to $1,400/month depending on condition, views, parking or no parking, furnished or not furnished, etc. It usually requires the first month’s rent and a security deposit of or equal to, but no more than the monthly rental fee (please verify).
