The water visability is more that 100 feet and rarely is less than 75 feet. There are coral reefs within 75 feet of the shore and the area is known for some of the best diving on all of the Hawaii Islands.

The private jacuzzi with awesome views is a great place to watch the sunset, sit under the stars or sip your morning coffee. Another great place to hang out is the lanai which has a stainless steel barbeque, bar area for your tropical drinks and a nice lanai dining area. The entire house is furnised tropical style and the landscaping is very tropical with dozens of different variaties of Palms, Hibiscus, Bromiliads, Boganvilla, Mango, Pinapple, Papaya and much more. The house is on a bluff, so not only do you get an awesome view but you also get a perfect ocean breeze during the day and a delightful Mauna Loa breeze at night.
